1. Introduction

Welcome to bk8my. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk8my ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the bk8my website located at bk8my.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, or features offered by the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any bet or wager on the bk8my platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bk8my platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

To register and maintain an Account on bk8my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Evidence of age will be requested during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play will be voided.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. The Operator does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who lack contractual capacity under the laws of their jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed, that restricts your participation in gambling activities. If you are currently self-excluded and attempt to register, your Account will be closed upon discovery.

3.5 Single Account Requirement

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on bk8my. The Operator reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a Player found to be operating multiple accounts, and to void any bets or winnings arising from such accounts.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To use the Platform's real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to keep them accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information you provide to bk8my during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including date of birth, identity, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 KYC Documentation

The Operator is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals and at other trigger points. You may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the e-wallet account, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation requested by the compliance team to satisfy AML obligations.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Completion

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities, account review, or permanent closure. The Operator is not liable for delays or losses arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

4.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify bk8my support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login details.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, including but not limited to operating a proxy betting service, running a commercial gambling operation, or acting as an agent for other players.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play;
• Exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating;
• Use VPN, proxy services, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Use the Platform in any way that disrupts the normal operation of the service for other players.

5.3 Currency and Language

The default account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are expressed in MYR. The Platform operates in English. All communications with customer support should be conducted in English.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk8my accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints. The Operator reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request.

6.4 Processing Times

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed processing times. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.5 Anti-Money-Laundering

All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening. The Operator complies with its licensing obligations regarding AML and counter-terrorism financing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required. Funds that cannot be attributed to legitimate gambling activity may be frozen or returned.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives ("Bonuses") offered by bk8my are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms and typically ranges from 15x to 30x the bonus amount. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus balance.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games and RNG table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates for all available games are available via customer support upon request.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the promotional validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements not completed within the applicable bonus window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry windows are stated in the individual promotion terms and typically range from 7 to 30 days.

7.5 Maximum Cash-Out

Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum cash-out will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal processing.

7.6 Abuse of Bonuses

The Operator reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, arbitrage, or manipulation. This includes but is not limited to: placing bets on all possible outcomes to clear wagering requirements, using the same IP address or payment method to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered), bets placed on erroneous odds, and bets that exceed the stated maximum stake for a particular market.

8.2 Erroneous Odds and Palpable Errors

In the event that odds or game results are displayed or communicated in error (a "palpable error"), the Operator reserves the right to void any bets settled at the incorrect odds or results, regardless of whether the relevant outcome has been settled in the Player's favour. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds will be recalculated or voided at the Operator's discretion.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes are determined by the Operator and may vary by game type, event, market, or Player account status. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform, settlement will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer formats;
• Match-Fixing: Having prior knowledge of or participating in the manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are offered;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining gaming activity or winnings;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any automated method to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

10. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable during the chosen exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk8my platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall design and compilation of the site — is the property of bk8my or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of bk8my.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8my, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk8my makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, bk8my's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall the Operator's total cumulative liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bk8my customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your primary payment method, subject to successful KYC completion.

13.2 Termination by the Operator

bk8my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, the Operator may withhold some or all Account Funds pending investigation.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as stated in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.

14. Amendments to these Terms

bk8my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for compliance or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk8my holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bk8my, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
